Good

Zamnezia is an excellent shop, with quality products and good customer support. I can find what I'm looking for fast and easily. The tribe program is fun and rewarding. My problem is that the amount for free shipping is high; at least it could be lower for returning customers. They could add PayPal as a payment method for easier checkout.

Good yields and easy to use

I order to germany. It comes quickly and in a neutral cartonage from a german adress. The grow kits work out well. Once I had a peoblem with contamination and the Service offered me to replace it for free. Thank you very much.

Had problems germinating three seeds (Cherry Cola auto), none of them germinated. Zamnesia provided three seeds from their seed bank and explained to me, how to germinate correctly.

J'ai passé plusieurs commandes sur ce site, ça s'est bien déroulé, et le SAV a bien géré les petites erreurs quand il y a eu. Je recommande !

Habe jetzt schon öfters bei Zamnesia bestellt. Immer zufrieden bis jetzt. Bei der letzten Bestellung hat einiges gefehlt, aber super mit dem freundlichen Kundenservice zu meiner Zufriedenheit geregelt. Ich kann Zamnesia nur weiter empfehlen.

I got some seeds that wouldn’t germinate and Zamnesia is sending me more for free! They are a great company and I’ll keep getting my seeds from here no matter what!!!

I am a regular client at Zamnesia since 2020 and I have always been satisfied with my orders. Well packed, in time and the goods were always been of good quality for any kind of products. I had once a problem and the Zamnesia team was very reactive, they listened me well and find a solution very quickly that fit me very well. I will order again and I recommand Zamnesia to anybody.

It says fast delivery in their web page, but that was not the case.

From far, the best costumer service I ever had ! They will take their time to explain you everything you need to know about the products, how to use and how to store. Very useful, specially for beginners.
