Disrespectful customer service, lies, never delivered
I am a Zamnesia client for 4 years but that's over now.
I placed an order after checking the terms conditions, just to be sure, hoping to be delivered in 3 working days, as they mention on their website.
5 days after, I can see the order is even not shipped. From then, I call and write to the customer service that garantee shipment will be made the same day. 2 weeks later, the order was still not delivered, I had to cancel.
I can't explain how disrespectul it is:
- not to inform clients that order will be late. Not to mentionned I was blamed that it was my fault if I was not receiving emails about my orders, I was supposed to register for newsletter for customer service to contact me, as a GDPR compliant practice (if you know about GDPR, you know this is a lie)
- pretending an order will be shipped when it won't be, and blaming warehouse technical problems the next day to justify that the order is still not shipped
- provided inacurate delivery information on the website and by email => once picked yp by the shipping company, it took more that 6 working days to go through. And since I couldn't received the order anymore (traveling abroad), I had to cancel.
- Advice to order from another company to support the fact they can't meet their comitment. Amazing...
Overall, a massive waste of time (5 calls, 3 emails) and huge fustration. This is how a loyal customer has been treated, more than enough to never buy from Zamnesia again.
