Der Support und der Internet Auftritt von Zamnesia ist sehr kulant und professionell! Dafür hätte ich eigentlich 5 Sterne vergeben. Aber was nützt es, wenn die Samen nicht keimen? Leider verkauft Zamnesia meiner Meinung nach defekte und überalterte Samen. Anders kann ich mir die Ausfallquote von 80% nicht erklären. Ich habe bereits 6 Lieferung von Zamnesia erhalten. Meine nächste Bestellung werde ich aber bei einem anderen Breeder tätigen. Ich habe genug schlechtes Zeug von Zamnesia erhalten.

Wie immer ein Einwandfreier Service. Schnell, unkompliziert, gut. Bitte weiter so!

I have ordered several mushroom grow kits from Zamnesia that has given me several flushes and great potency. The «fresh mushroom groe kits» that I’ve tried are really plug and play and super easy and the shrooms have really sent me off to strange places in the universe. This time though, in one of the two kits I ordered, the shrooms didn’t grow as they should. After contacting customer service they were so nice and sent me a voucher for a new kit. Quickly and polite! That is what i call great customer service. I will really recomend these guys to anyone :)

Zamnesia just never disapoints. Always had a great experience with all the products I bought. Plus, I've recently had an experience with a missing product on my delivered order : the support replied in a matter of hours, offered me different solutions (re-ship or voucher), so I'm really happy about how it went. Probably the best alternative shop there's around.

Ordering process was very easy and they had a big selection. They send me not all products by mistake but Support helped me really fast and good with a voucher, so I can place a new Order.
