Ideal BHO extractor for my needs. Came with two filter papers so you can start extracting straight away. Replacement filters can be bought online as Zamnesia don't keep them in stock, but they are way too expensive for what they are. Standard coffee filter papers can be die cut to size or even just using scissors and you have exactly the same filter for a fraction of the cost.

I must say that the after-sales service is very responsive and efficient: I bought a kit that did not work well (order #***) and after a few messages that enable me to explain the problem, a new kit was offered as a compensation. It work very well this time.

I was very satisfied with the Zamnesia's support services. My grow kit was unfortunately defective (grew only 4.5g of dried mushrooms in total), however after contacting the customer support, Zamnesia provided me with a voucher for another grow kit. Big thumbs up!
