Best site to get trustworthy "treats". I purchased several times from Zamnesia, most often shrooms grow-kits. Delivery was always timely, with discrete and good packaging. Products live up to expectations and Zamnesia always provides clear instructions, dos and don'ts. Customer support has always been quick to reply, professional and helpful, whenever I had questions or, just once, an issue with a product. It will remain my go-to place for those lovely shrooms!

First issue ever and with a quick email everything was sorted out quickly! Nothing bad to say about this company, love it. Only sad some of the stuff I would like to buy is out of stock haha.

Not everything in my package was in it but after a picture and some mails everything is sent without an issue. They listen and solve the problem

I had a problem at first but after a few emails Ludo sorted it for me.

The press I ordered was shocking, the tolerances on the press were terrible with a big gap around it, it just made a mess and didn't work. Contacted to express my disappointment and was told id have to return it at my own cost (to the Netherlands) and in fact no I can't return it because I had to use it to find out it was defective. Not impressed and £30 down the drain.

I can't describe how awesome this company is I've ordered from zamnesia for 2 years now just to explain how awesome they are my last order I ordered 20 seeds and probably all my fault I didn't get the seeds to pop I reached out to zamnesia to tell them a knowledgeable service professional responded back with amazing advice and they sent me 14 better seeds giving me another chance every seed popped and looking amazing thank you zamnesia for excellence

if you have a problem an email and there very helpful don't mess about to fix problems and care about what the customer thinks plus the gifts and things you pick up On the way is brilliant and the tribe scheme is an excellent idea also the information about growing and stuff i got over email is amazing...... over all happy and I look forward to trying more products

Packaging for the separately ordered pieces for the volcano balloons was not sufficient. Some of the packaging was open in the box. Risk of dust contamination by the dusty packing material.
