Zamnesia's support was nothing short but great. They followed up quickly (which I wasn't expecting to be honest) after I left a negative feedback regarding one of the products I ordered because it didn't work as expected. They asked for more details about the product I received but never questioned my skills regarding the process involved. Once it was understood the product was defective, they promptly offered compensation, no further questions asked.
