Product never turned up. Zamnesia customer service never respond. Worst company ever. DONT USE

I have been a Zamencia customer for over two years, but unfortunately in my last two orders and also one of my friends order, the items were missing and the support team has not responded for about a month! Honestly, I am getting very frustrated! I have already sent 3 emails and have not received any response!!

It has been 1 month since I placed an order and my package has not been delivered. I have contacted customer service multiple times, and all I have received is automated replies. I spent several hundred euro, and I can’t get in contact with anyone.

I received my package directly at my home address even though I ordered it to be delivered to a parcel station, and I had problems with my family because of it. Support still hasn’t replied to my message after 7 days.

Customer support never replied to my emails, after asking politely for information, and waiting patiently, still waiting for a response. I paid for a 24hs express delivery that TOOK 2 WEEKS! I don't recommend at all, too expensive and the products aren't that good. Too much marketing= poor customer service/ lack of humanity. I hope they give to someone my accumulated points. NEVER BUYING AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

Paid on April 16 and still no package after more than a month. DHL returned the shipment and Zamnesia barely answers emails or support tickets. Terrible customer service and very disappointing first experience. Not reliable at all.

Product are great

Net als elk jaar weer een bestelling geplaatst, dit keer eens alleen CBD zaadjes. Er kwam helaas slechts eentje op en dat was nog nooit gebeurd. De klantenservice heeft dit netjes opgelost nadat ik een email had gestuurd en 5 nieuwe zaadjes opgestuurd. Enige verbeterpunt: de communicatie had iets sneller gekund, nadat ik een automatisch berischt van ontvangst had gekregen.
