Ordered little under 10 times. Good quality stuff and fast response. Last time order was contaminated and they offered few options to resolve the issue. No complains

Very professional. service packaging is excellent. info spot on. My only gripe and why I did not give it a 5 star was one of the seeds did not Germinate. I get this happens but another way of looking at it is a third of my purchase was faulty. Any other shop and this would be unacceptable.

Quand un de leur produit ne m'a pas donné entière satisfaction (culture de champignons), le service clientèle a été très à l'écoute, intéressé et réactif. Sans le demander, il m'a été généreusement offert à choisir, un produit de substitution ou un bon d'achat. C'est suffisamment rare de la part d'une entreprise aussi je tiens à les remercier pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme.

Meine Samen sind unverschuldet nicht gekeimt. Habe als Ersatz Samen bekommen die sogar teurer waren als die bestellten! Fehler passieren In der Natur aber wurde umgehend gut gemacht!
