I have been a consistent and satisfied customer for many years. However, since they switched to using MAERSK for delivery, the quality of their service has unfortunately declined. The delivery period has extended to weeks, which is a long wait considering the short distance from the Netherlands to central Belgium. I don't anticipate a 24-hour delivery, but the current delay is excessive, especially when ordering truffles that aren't kept cool during transport. I have reached out to customer service regarding these issues, but there seems to be no acknowledgement or plans to address the problem. This has led me to consider purchasing from other vendors. They do have a great assortiment.

Excellent service, the product didn't work as expected. Probably too weak or just not for me. Thankfully, instead of giving up microdosing entirely, I tried some mushrooms from my friend and they did the trick! 9 months of depression, severe anxiety and PTSD just gone within 24 hours. Unbelievable! After being prescribed antidepressants, antipsychotics, sedatives (2-3 daily) and stimulants for my ADHD, I'm down to only one Xanax per day. So if the truffles don't work, don't give up!

Very simply you tick all the boxes, professionalism, communication, service and helpfulness, Zamnesia you are amazing.

I contacted you and made an observation that the product you sold me appeared to have very few spores. Maybe this was not the reason it failed but you did not enlighten me as to what when wrong. I don’t believe with all your experience you might not of had some idea of how the problem occurred. I would have liked if you had taken the time to share this with me. Also when won of your product fails it’s results in a big head headache for the purchaser and just because you offer a refund does not make up for all the hassle. If you have been better at communicating why your product failed and acknowledged the problems this had caused me, and then not continued hassle me for a review l would have rated your service higher

De producten waren zeker van kwaliteit en ik was er ook gerust in dat ze geleverd gingen worden. Maar ik vond dat het heel lang duurde voor mijn pakket er was. Vroeger duurde het maximum een week, maar de twee laatste keren duurde het heel veel langer en was er bijna niets van informatie rond mij pakket te vinden. Ik zou het de volgende keer aangenamer vinden als de bestellingen op de normale datum aankomt, maar voor de rest heb ik geen klachten.
