Livraison rapide toujours en moins d'une semaine, produits toujours au top ( j'ai jamais eu de problème avec une graine ou avec d'autres produits) et un service après vente qui est très réactif ( une fois seulement ils ont oubliés une graine dans ma commande et ils me l'ont envoyé sans frais trois jours après ) et qui respecte ses clients. N'oublions pas aussi le petit cadeau a chaques fois qu'on fait une commande.

The product was delivered quickly and without issue. The mushrooms were amazing just have to be patient with the growing process and give them time.

Had an issue with a previous grow kit I purchased prior to this, I had left a bad review about it but I was contacted quite quickly by a super helpful member of Zamnesia support staff (thanks Bram!) and they offered to send out a replacement to make up for the bad experience - overall, could not be happier with how the situation was handled and rectified - let's face it, given the slightly illicit nature of this particular industry, it is very refreshing to see such a focused customer service approach when ordering things like grow kits etc. - would highly recommend this service.

Theres no any problems, nothing to complain about. Fast and simple. What I like most? That there is no issues. I like alcohol pads included with syringes also. I have only one minor problem with syringe. I have vermiculite rise flour cups and stick spores with syringe to those cakes. Many times vermiculite blocks the syringe needle and I have to push piston harder to get spores out. When vermiculite finally come out, so much come out that I lose 1-2ml there. I know its my problem, but if you can invent something to help that it would be great!
