This is the second time I've placed an order with Zamnesia.. Their customer service is second to none.. Also there products are amazing very easy to set up..

You were really friendly and reacted pretty quickly on my demand.

Very good kit of golden teacher I had medium haverst, but it may be because of me because I think i’ve harvested too late and let the psylocine drop on the micelium. I also asked for some confirmation about my understanding of dedicated manual. The truffle were also a good trip but with a big stomach ache.

Es war alles bestens. Ein Versandproblem mit Lieferdienst wurde ganz unproblematisch gelöst. Der Mitarbeiter war sehr sehr nett und wusste "schon bescheid" dass so etwas mal vorfiel - und ohne Probleme wurde meine Lieferung einfach nochmal verschickt. Die Produkte sind großartig und ich war bisher mit allem was ich bestellt habe, hochzufrieden.

order came and kicked in, first flush wasn't the biggest, but second one is in progress now and looking great, Payments was a real pain, ended up asking to do it, wouldn't have ordered of he didn't help out

Really great customer service, when my order didn’t turn after a certain amount of time they promptly shipped another to me. The grow kit was good, it didn’t yield quite as much as I’d hoped but it was still an ample harvest.

Fast shipping! I was ordering from very difficult delivery place, which was a village 1000 m above the ground withou Post Office :) Even with this hard circumstances the package was delivered on time, without any difficulties.

The process was fine, but this time the truffles were not properly sealed and it took more than 5 days to receive the package from Netherlands to Portugal

Exceptional customer service and quality products. Zamnesia is the only company that I 100% trust from experience. On the rare occasion when I have had an issue with a product, they are quick to inspect and come to a solution. I am always very content with the results.

Good service, reply on emails, fast shipping. What I missed though was a real guide for growing with video and bring up all the first grower question marks along the way. I had to through my 2 first kits and drive far evry time for pickup. For anybody buying golden teacher I want to tell you they call them "fresh mushrooms" when u look for the growers instructions. Be aware gt doesn't like much moister. It becomes moldy. Open the bag before they say in the instructions to have a look/feel.
