Ich hatte mir 2 Pilzzuchtboxen gekauft, welche leider nicht wuchsen ( hatte sie am Anfang getränkt, was man nicht tun sollte). Zamnesia hat mir erklärt wo der Fehler lag und mir zudem noch 2 neue Zuchtboxen zugesichert, aus Kulanz. Für mich ein sehr guter Service. Kundendienst antwortet schnell, gibt's nix zu meckern. Bestelle gern wieder bei euch

Kundeservicen har tilfredsstillende, havde bestilt og fik nogle æsker kontermieret svampe, det gav følsen var man var snydt der kom ikke svampe og de ville ikke gro. Fik så en ny (selv om jeg havde købt 3 hvor jeg kun fik meget lidt vækst kan jeg se når jeg sammeligner med den sidste sending som bare gav 5 flush. Det gav mig håbet igen og kan klart anbefale den oplevelse og firmaet til andre

Very good kit of golden teacher I had medium haverst, but it may be because of me because I think i’ve harvested too late and let the psylocine drop on the micelium. I also asked for some confirmation about my understanding of dedicated manual. The truffle were also a good trip but with a big stomach ache.
