I had some problems with a few grow kits that I bought. I contacted the customer service and after a few emails I got a generous gift voucher from zamnesia. There service is quick and easy and I am very satisfied customer.

When it comes to cacti, Zamnesia delivers nicely, sadly my experiences with their mushroom grow kits haven't been the same.

The shop is easy to find what your looking for after you purchase something the contact throughout is good. I like the shop, having said that I nearly only gave a 3 star because everything is good until their choice of courier then it goes downhill. It says there is tracking if you call “it’s left the shop/country tracking” or an hour or 2 before the item is actually delivered, if your lucky enough to check the tracking in that timeframe you might get some accurate information. You can’t contact the courier company either and I received packages from Germany and America 4 days quicker that were ordered the same day as from here with tracking the whole way through. I would use this shop again but only when I have the time to wait the extra time for my order to arrive.

Very fast and helpful costumer service. I had some questions about my mushroom growkit, and I was in contact with costumer service several times. They were always very quick to reply, and very helpful with what-ever questions I had or advise I needed. Would recommend 100p.

I would love to give 5 stars but package wasn't that "discreet" but other way amazing seed. It's my first time growing from Zamnesia and bloody hell that plant is amazing. Looks massive and healthy from day one and quick growing

Me encanta la relación calidad-precio de los productos y la variedad de los mismos. Los tiempos de entrega son relativamente buenos pero mejorables probablemente a través de otra compañía que no sea correos. Por otra parte, me gustaría que incluyerais una opción con menos g para las trufas mágicas o una manera de poder conservarlas por más tiempo una vez abiertas ya que las probabilidades son muy altas de tener que tirar el producto restante una vez realizado el primer viaje.

The speed of delivery was exceptional. Product worked exactly as expected. There were some side pins, but I think that can be mitigated with future attempts. Will be trying again! Also, the customer service is great!
