Nie Probleme mit dem Versand gehabt. Support ist sehr hilfsbereit. Hatte jetzt leider ein paar mal die gleichen free seeds drin, Bad luck i guess.

I'm a repeat customer of Zamnesia's grow kits and mushroom cultivation supplies/accessories. Great customer service and I've never had a problem with delivery to Portugal. I highly recommend!!.

Despite misleading manual the product delivered. And was awesome:) The website could be updated/improved to avoid further misunderstandings. However, the support offered a replacement before I even asked for it. Im sure coming goods will be good! Fast communication/shipping. Good service! Friendly people!

The products were packaged correctly. And the experience was satisfactory. But the prices could be better.

I ordered a couple of bits fromZamnesia, a spray bottle, heat mate & hydrometer, all of which I’m very pleased with. I really just wanted to check the process before ordering anything else as I hadn’t used that type of payment method before. It turned out there was nothing to worry about, the payment went through & the bits I ordered arrived very fast. I was pleased most of all with the customer service from Zamnesia, they kept me informed throughout the whole process. Very good communication & I’m looking forward to order a grow kit next time. Just waiting for the weather in the U.K to cool down a bit. (An unusual problem).

Top service! Couldn't improve on a thing in my opinion. Had an issue, it got sorted extremely quick.

It was my first attempt at growing mushrooms. Everything went so smoothly and I got 2 good flushes (possibly more on the way). Great product, well packaged with clear instructions and on-time delivery.

Top! Great customer service. Wish they would have investigated with me a little more on my growing problems instead of just sending a new kid (which is really awesome though). Sent them all the data, figured it out myself in the internet. Too high humidity. But still, awesome service 4.5 stars.
