Happy with the zamnesia’s service from start to finish. The grow kit itself was mediocre. Only got 2 flushes from it, totalling 125g fresh mushrooms which dried down to just under 12g dried. I don’t blame zamnesia for this though, I just think it wasn’t a great kit. Will try a different strain and brand next time

I think you could improve by not asking these first questions that are not related to the issue at all. What I liked most is the willingness to find a solution for the problem

After a first unexpected & disappointing first try with one of the products, Zamnesia offered not just great service but a superior experience second time round! There aren't many companies these days that offer actual 'service' , Zamnesia however surpassed all expectations. I highly recommend!

I followed the instructions to a tee for the two mushroom kits I ordered. Neither one of them has yielded a single mushroom. A waste of money, I won't be buying from you again.

Very friendly and speedy customer service. They're very concerned about thir customer's happiness and help with any question you might have. I can wholeheartedly recommend not only the products but also the service if the product happens to be less than perfect for some reason. They take their time to find a satisfactory solution.

Im Groß und ganzem sehr Zufrieden, allerdings dauern es in letzter Zeit etwa 2 Wochen oder mehr bis die Pakete bei mir ankommen. Aber sonst kann man sich nicht beschweren. 👌

The prices are fair, the delivery is more than decent (both time and money wise) and all the products I got so far have been beyond satisfactory. Have recommended this site to multiple friends and I dont see myself not using it anytime soon.
