Why can I say....Except that the Service Team is Amazing They responded to in 5-10 minutes about my order. It's not the first time I ordered from Zamnesia. I ordered before to ask about certain Products and they responded right away with Information about that product and the whole Team has understanding like a normal human being and are always ready to help without hesitation.

4 boxes, 2 perfect condition locations, pinpoint accuracy following guide, 4 defects, 0 refunds. Problem seems to be very known but never refunded according to my conversation with staff. Really gives a feeling your sold a these poor level boxes on purpose. ***

My previous order never arrived, suspected to have been lost in transit. Zamnesia sent the whole order out again free of charge and it arrived much quicker than expected.

Fantastic service and products. I bought two Fresh Mushroom grow kits, it is my second attempt at using these kits and I am getting better at it. They are so easy to use and this time I exposed them to more indirect sunlight and ventilation than before and they grew much better, it seems important to not be afraid to give them light. I also bought Valhalla truffles which I am in love with. I don't know why but they don't hurt my stomach as much as the muchrooms and I have a better experience. The parcel came well within the delivery time and was very carefully packed in a discreet, professional looking box that looked as if it might contain office supplies rather than stuff that can send you into another dimension.

I liked the quick reply at first, but it's now been two weeks without a reply. It's getting a bit ridiculous.

I have ordered several grow kits, all have worked great until the last one — but it turns out that I was the problem (overspraying), not the kit. Thanks for generously offering a replacement, free of charge. And when that went missing, due to transport issues, yet another one was sent, which I received very quickly.
