I had to submit a complaint about the product the first time I made an order with mushrooms grow kit. However, Zamnesia answered my complaint and sent a new kit completely free of charge! The next kit was perfect and I had no issues with it anymore. Thank you, Zamnesia!

Zeer goede customer support! Als er niet binnen de 5 minuten geantwoord wordt, dan zeker binnen de 24u. Foutjes worden zonder probleem rechtgezet, vragen worden snel en zeer uitvoerig beantwoord. Beste klantendienst waarmee ik al te maken had. Altijd vriendelijk en altijd bereid om te helpen. Levertijden kunnen wel wat oplopen, maar dat kan natuurlijk door de drukte komen, alles komt altijd vers en mooi verpakt toe en dat is het belangrijkste. Topwinkel, beste waar ik al besteld heb!

I have been using zamnesia for years and they have always been very reliable. Recently I had an issue with packages not arriving, but Zamnesia support were very helpful and I got the issue resolved.

Great experience, as always with Zamnesia. Got a magic mushroom kit (zamnesia brand) mckennaII and was able to harvest 464g of fresh mushrooms in 7 flushes. Other items were fine too. Order came fast. I can only speak good things of zamnesia! Thanks guys!

I bought a grow box and had trouble with it , I don't actually think it was zamnesias product more my growing skills but i asked for help and they very kindly offered to send me a new one or a voucher. This company is amazing, their customer service is outstanding and i buy lots of bits from them they always arrive promptly and if I ever have any problems i get in touch and they get straight back to me. Super professional and an absolute delight to buy from.

Initially, I was sceptical about ordering but I have to say I loved it! I will definitely order again, it arrived on the next day basically!

Bij klachten word ik steeds top geholpen. Ik weet dat het ontkiemen van zaadjes geen 100% garantie is en ik klaag enkel als het slagingspercentage erg laag is, het is dan fijn dat ik word aangehoord en me advies wordt gegeven, dan was het ook prettig dat ik een tegemoetkoming kreeg toen het erg uit de hand liep. Ik kan dit verder overal halen maar de service is hetgeen waardoor ik hier blijf bestellen.

The information on the strains is decent as well with hints on yields and expected plant height for indoor and outdoor grows. I especially like the info on genetics.
