Excellent customer support! The friendly staff at Zamnesia is always ready and happy to help. I've had nothing but positive experiences buying at Zamnesia and I can confidently say their staff has some of the most helpful and friendly people I have ever met. They're always quick to answer our questions and, if there's any problem whatsoever, they're always quick to find a solution too! Definitely an A+++ on my list. There's no need to look for other stores because Zamensia is the place to go

Beste webshop by far, kunnen nog veel webwinkels over bijleren. Steeds correct afgehandeld, toen ik een gratis gift kreeg (1zaadje) en bij aankomst zag dat het een lege verpakking was, hebben ze zonder pardon direct opnieuw 1 verzonden! Het was zelf al een cadeau dat ik kreeg en toch deze service.

The delivery was fast and the packaging well done. Ordered during black Friday sales so had some good deals. Shipping costs can be a bit high depending on the country, and the minimum order for free shipping could be lowered. But overall great experience and nothing to complain about. Haven't had to use their customer service so can't vouch on that.
