A bit longer wait then I expected, otherwise great

I was surprised that it took over 2 weeks for the package to get on the way, I guess due to stock issues. Otherwise very happy with the products, although it will take some time before I can give feedback on the cacti seeds :)

Late but great product

Due to it being Christmas time I understand that postage will be delayed so it’s no problem, the item itself came cracked on the bottom so I’m a little worried about contamination but I’ve sent an email today and hear their customer service is great so I’m confident they’ll be able to assist. 1st and probably last order

Ordered on the 24th november,....... still havent received items i ordered. This was my firat order and will prpbably be my last. I will be complaining about the lack of service provided. Delivery times are a joke. Was told 5 days from order to deluvery not 5 weeks

Ordered 28th November. Received 13th December.

Returned to Zamnesia after many years. I was hoping to have a smooth experience by timing my presence at home to receive delivery of my order. Unfortunately due to some issues the process and shipping of my order was delayed by a substantial amount of time. Because of this I was not able to start the growing process as I am away from home until christmas. I understand that life does not revolve around me. Its a crazy time of year. It's ok Zamnesia. I forgive you as your existence has enabled me to gain much enlightenment. Many thanks. Dave

The quality of the products is something out of this world <3

Everything is really well made, the design of the products and the quality are excellent... Wow, i cant describe how much i love the vibes from you guys, idk but its really nice <3 The only thing that is like 4.5* (not even a downside xD) would probably be the shipping time, but its very understandable since this are international orders, and in the holidays the Couriers are really stuffed with work (last order took 12 days to arrive at home, Portugal).

Slow service

Responsive customer service and quite good quality online shop

I liked the ordering experience with one reservation - at least some of the reviews of the products are obviously biased. I liked that customer service was responsive. I liked that the package arrived to me, however I am concerned about the delivery itself, as i was asked by the polish delivery service, InPost, about the content of the package.

Ik bestel enkel nog maar grow kits en truffels bij Zamnesia. Er is een groot aanbod aan kits en steeds goede deals. Ik ben erg fan van de fresh mushroom kits, wat een fantastische uitvinding dat je ze niet meer hoeft te sprayen!

Poor experience

I've never had a problem with the items before but this time I ordered and it took almost 3 weeks before the courier tried to deliver it (18 days from the day *after* ordering to be precise). There was no contact to notify of a delay and I sent messages to customer services trying to find out when it would be sent or asking for a refund quite a few times that were either ignored or the reply was the template words about that day being day zero and i would receive it in around 5 days. The last template response mentioned something about black Friday being the cause of the delay but I'd ordered a week before that. I'm not going to order again, delays are understandable but the lack of communication and ignoring my messages only to occasionally reply with a standard message that wasn't relevant was the deal breaker. It's not customer centric, it's trying to do it on the cheap. Update: So apparently their excuse is 'not us guv!' which they think absolves them and they've emailed me to ask me to update the review in light of their response. So there's the update and I think I'm even less impressed.
