As a new mushroom grower I reached out to support about my issue with sidepinning. I got a relatively comprehensive reply, but I came up with a couple of more questions. This email was totally ignored. I eventually made my own decisions, but I cannot help thinking if I could have gotten better yield by doing something sooner and with more accurate information, which I never received. Also, this feedback form does not work.

I hate to be vague, but it's just good in general i guess? I haven't had any questions or problems so far so i haven't had the need to contact costumer service so it's hard for me to say what's good, bad or what can be improved. Overall though you guys seem pretty cool and on top of everything so i guess the fact that i haven't had problems says a lot in the first place!
