After being disappointed with the Atlantis and Valhalla, the Utopia worked perfectly and overall great service and delivery is quick. maybe the specific batches of Atlantis weren't good. but this one was great, well worth it, thanks!

Everything's okay once again: quick delivery, friendly service and so on. I've developed somekind of addiction to Submedi's CBD gummies. If/when I wake up at night I have to take one under my tongue in order to get back sleep again 🙃. You are doing things right 👍!

My mushroom kit did not produce fruits and stalled (started molding). I contacted Zamnesia support for advice, followed it but it still didn't recover. Zamnesia offered a replacement kit or a 'refund voucher' for other products, which I didn't ask for or even expect would happen - I merely wanted advice to try to recover my mushrooms. That is what surpassing expectations means in customer service. Well done.
