Fast shipping, safe trip advisors guide, costumer service that are always doing their best to find the perfect solution for you either if you have any questions related to products, shipping or ecetra, the people are always kind and patient. 5 stars isn't enough for their great service!!!!

Besides the vast catalogue of amazing products, for me, the customer service is definitely the best part. They were really helpful and thoughtful with my shipping order that was contaminated and sent me another order free of charge.

The shop has a huge catalogue, but most importantly: the customer service is above average! They replaced the whole order free of charge after the package was lost, offered me a voucher to compensate for a product I wasn't satisfied with. All around great experience.

Very very good customer Service, fast response and fast shipping. Even If there is a Problem with your Order, Zamnesia-Team always very kind, polite and fast. The Best Shop. Sincerelly. I bought them since few years now, i'm from France and i've never had any problem. Generally i bought mushroom growkits but i already have bought weed seeds and everything goes well. When It doesn't, like when you have a problem with your growkit (you don't have do the good things to make him grow, like i have done with my supagro kit,!!! Warning !!! Read the manual !!!) they asks you questions about how you have do your mistake and it's possible for them to send you another growkit for free. They give answers very fast ! It's so nice ! And when i make an order, i can receive It in 3 days.... I really like this Shop. Very confident
