Zamnesia has a great website with loads of products. The customer support is also very great, i had some items missing throughout some of my orders but every time i contacted them about my missing pieces they gave me solutions to choose from. Will definitely buy again and again.

So far everything I have ordered was in good condition, products were as described. I gave it 4 star rating, because there was one time when one item i ordered was not in stock even tho on website it showed it was in stock, which doubled the delivery time.

Hi there, just wanted to leave this review for the following customers. I had ordered 6 packs of their magical Valhalla Truffles (on a special offer). They arrived in a short time, and 4 of them had mild effects, but not what was expected and promised, so I wrote a review on their site explaining what had happened and my feedback! A few days later, they reached out to me via email explaining how they stand by their quality and effectiveness, and also tips on how to use the Lemon Tek that I had mentioned. After that, they offered to send me 3 new packs of truffles of my choosing for free! This was an incredible feat, and I was quite happy when they did so! Shopping with Zamnesia is the best, and I definitely recommend people to buy here. Also, feel free to leave your review because this helps the team better understand what the clients want and are looking for.

Delivery may have been slow but it still got to me with no problems, your team also helped even though I made an idiotic mistake by using the normal grow kit instructions instead of the fresh growkit instructions overall it was a great experience.

I already ordered a few times and never had any issues but this time there was an expensive item missing. I contacted the customer support and they sent me the missing item without any issues. Good company with a great customer support!

As a long time customer my experience has been always great, they know to handle the very few ocassions where there is a problem with any product or delayed delivery ensuring I return as a customer every time and again, also very high quality and great selection of products.

As the headline says, there couldn't be any improvements. Fast delivery, great products, great customer service. There's no reason, to shop anywhere else, especially if you take the extras, tribe points and so on in the equation. My first purchase was almost a decade ago and they've just improved in the meantime.
