Really happy with the service, no complaints

I had a lot of orders with zamnesia, no problem.

Hmm, bought a couple of grow tubs, quick and cheap! But when I set them up, both bags leaked from the seals at the bottom. Contacted zamnesia twice, no response. (Just wanted new bags). Hence 3 stars, bit disappointed:(

I was supposed to get a standard plastic bag in which to grow the kit, but I did not receive it, and the customer support is not responding. As a first-time customer, this is not the best first impression of the shop, even though it gives a professional vibe.

One point if criticism: my order got delayed because items I purchased were out of stock , wich i dont understand since items out if stock are are not available for purchase,… and no communication about the delay nor any kind of compensation, how hard can it be to add a little nothing kind of an item to say sorry we’re late,… 420 mystery boxes need to return, they are fun,…

This shop is excellent and would be my regular go to. We just need to supply a little bit more on the herbs. Prices are high everywhere but Zamnesia can make a difference and then we will all be shopping there.

Good experience with zamnesia

Not good service at all. In the first order they didn't put the gift bag. In another order the monkey that was a gift was useless! In every order there was a delay and a problem with the receipt. End of cooperation...!

Zamnesia hat eine falsche Hausnummer auf das Paket gedruckt dadurch ging es zurück. Support stellt das ganze als mein Fehler dar und will mir jetzt aus Kulanz die selbe trüffel zurück schicken die jetzt seit fast 3 Wochen in dem Paket liegen. Ich habe nachdem DHL das Paket zurück geschickt hat gleich beim support mit der korrekten Adresse gemeldet und geschrieben das och bitte ein neues Paket möchte da es ihr Fehler ist. Das wird komplett ignoriert. Ich will eigentlich nur noch mein Geld wieder haben. Das wird auch ignoriert. Zum Ende habe ich weder Geld/ware.
