After a couple of months waiting for fruit from what turned out to be a defective kit, I contacted Zamnesia and after a brief questionnaire, they re-sent my original order free of charge. It arrived within 5 days to the UK. This time the kit is showing more signs of life and I am grateful the the customer service team (Jeffrey in particular) for assisting me so brilliantly.

What fantastic service, lovely people, excellent products. They respond so quickly to any queries and in a friendly, approachable way. Even replaced a grow-kit that didn't grow due to me following the wrong instructions. Cannot recommend highly enough. In a really difficult world, these guys are a ray of sunshine.
