They solved every case to my satifaction. I got wrong free seeds, so they just offered me 5 seeds of my choice from Zamnesia seeds. That is what a company should do, make your customer happy and they eill stay. Im customer since 8-10 years now, donno exactly.

Good delivery. No information in the box at all. I sent it as a gift to someone and it caused a lot of stress. I don’t understand why you wouldn’t send any information in the box.

My first order was super efficient, but my second order had been 2 weeks and still not arrived… wouldn’t mind but I’m aware the products I’ve ordered are perishable and have concerns around the products actually fruiting now. Fingers crossed…. To be clear this isn’t the company it’s the courier service so I have no concerns recommending Zamnesia, however if my products are substandard due to timescales in transit, then my first choice may change
