Great communication ! I had a little problem with my grow kit (mushroom), and Zamnesia was directly here for helping me. I liked it because i was talking directly to a person and not a computer. And also, it was very fast. Now everything is fine ! It's always a pleasure to work with Zamnesia.

One sort of seeds didn't germinate. May be my fault, but the other sorts did. Support gave me some tipps for germination and 2 free seeds as goodwill. That's great.

Two weeks ago I got my first grow kid. It didn’t grow so I wrote email to ZAMNESIA to help me fix that. In couple of minutes I go answer. They will send me a new grow kid for free!!! How amazing is that ! A lot of respect for this company and how they treat costumers!
