On this page I bought my first mushroom growing kit. For some reason the grow kit was bad (contaminated). I contacted Zamnesia customer service support. They solved my case very quickly (a few days) and sent me a new grow kit - for free. The Zamnesia team is very kind and honest. I recommend buying at the Zamnesia store.

Those guys are the best ! My deliver got delayed because of the pandemic and it perished so I needed to get my money back. They dont just copy and paste predefined answers, they also take the time to really discuss with you about how to solve your problems. That is how I got a personnalised solution and got my money back.
