Zamnesia'a quality and customer service is outstanding.

They have a good combination of products and a large range of choices, the design of the website is great, very high quality product and shipping time. The tribe is a neat addition with the unique products like the "tribe bliss bites" support always has your back, This is the only website I buy from regularly.

I have bought equipment and I was amazed by the quality of the products.

Some small issue with delivery, but once contacted they go above and beyond to sort any problems out. Very helpful and very good communication.

The products arrive correctly handled and of good quality, in a realistic timeframe. The only reason im giving it 4,5 stars is because the shipping is a little expensive.

Wonderful company to work with

Rapid, discrete delivery of product. I had an issue with my growkit. What was exceptional was the speed in which Zamnesia staff responded to my issue and after figuring out the problem kindly offered and sent me a replacement. Unlike other companies were any issue with a product can be hellish to resolve, these guys were understanding and very helpful. Prospective buyers of items from this company can buy with confidence. Recently I had the opportunity to get to know the Customer Support team at Zamnesia. I had a few kits which seemed to produce unexpected results. Once contacted with images shared, they took ownership of the issue immediately and looked at ways to rectify the issue. They've given me a great deal of support and shared their valuable time in seeing that the situation was remedied. Overall, I have found that the kits which I've purchased through Zamnesia have been of great quality and value. Thank you!

Got exchange seeds: 2 new ones for 8 not germinated ones. Not the best deal, yet they do take SOME effort.

I have been buying Zamnesia's product for some years now and I am really happy with them. My latest purchase was the shrooms mystery box and I was delightes with all the products I got. I also enjoyed a lot the designes of the box itself and also the ziplock bags. It is all very pretty! Lastly, I got an issue with one of the growing bags that came with the mystery box. I wrote to the customer service and they solved the problem so quick and easy! Definitely great company, 200% recommended!
