I contacted support with low expectations since I had not kept adequate pictures of the issue. However, they were very understanding and after a quick exchange to verify the issue and look for any other remedy, they proceeded with a very generous voucher to replace the product! 10/10 experience and I am glad my friend concinved me to contact them, as he had good experiece with support as well.

Zamnesia has a great website with loads of products. The customer support is also very great, i had some items missing throughout some of my orders but every time i contacted them about my missing pieces they gave me solutions to choose from. Will definitely buy again and again.

So far everything I have ordered was in good condition, products were as described. I gave it 4 star rating, because there was one time when one item i ordered was not in stock even tho on website it showed it was in stock, which doubled the delivery time.

They arrived in a short time, and 4 of them had mild effects, but not what was expected and promised, so I wrote a review on their site explaining what had happened and my feedback! A few days later, they reached out to me via email explaining how they stand by their quality and effectiveness, and also tips on how to use the Lemon Tek that I had mentioned. After that, they offered to send me 3 new packs of truffles of my choosing for free! This was an incredible feat, and I was quite happy when they did so!
