in my last order I made a mistake inserting my postal code. I didn‘t recognized it until I was waiting for my parcel and had a look at the parcel tracking. in the end the parcel was sent back to zamnesia. directly after receiving it, zamnesia sent the parcel a second time without extra charging me for my mistake - thank you.
