Good prices. Excellent site info on all products supplied. Fast and secure delivery. Excellent communications. Amazing reward system. I wouldn't know what the customer care/complaint response is like as I've never had a problem so no interaction with them :-) But going by the performance on every other metric I would imagine that is excellent too. Most importantly though. The products do what they are supposed to do and my mental health is the best its beeen for a long time. Thank you Zamnesia.

Used zamnesia for a few years now, never had any problems, all products come well packaged, after ordering product usually arrives within 7 days, if I was to find anything to criticise, the bags in the grow kits have become smaller as the years go on, but I kept the older bigger ones and clean them out, looking forward to many more orders in the future

My fresh kit turned up in a handful of days so good shipping. it was well packaged and completely unmarked so its not obvious what it contains. I have gotten no more than 2 yields from the kits recently, but I suspect that may be my fault in some way. I am used now to making my own monotubs. this kit is almost too easy to use :) The kits seem to require a little hydration on arrival otherwise even in my 22 degree grow cupboard, there is no condensation forming in the bag. but again, I used the plainest bottled water I could find and that does the trick.
