When i placed yhe order the system ask for billing address, at the moment of purchase the system registered the billind address as delivery address!! I was calling and texting and i was explaining to change the delivery address bit i had very late reply from members of the crew, no one could help me although they could. So thank to them i had to paid and extra €40 for delivery to the right address

You’re very helpful My complaints have nothing to do with your service I am not sure why the truffles didn’t do much I’m hoping it’s because they took so long in the heat to get here and you even sent me more free because they took so long So I have no complaints. Waiting on the new ones.

They are really want tko make costumers satisfied and if something went wrong support team is aware and supportive. They send new product if the mashroom is not working and that's why i keep buying from them
