Fast delivery great product with easy to follow instructions

I have being shopping with Zamnesia for over a year now and customer service is always accommodating and will reply quickly to resolve any issues. But the best thing about Zamnesia is they realise that some countries have such ridiculous restrictions when it comes to the selling of Kratom which has helped thousands of people to come away from the addiction of far more dangerous drugs but are prescribed and permitted. So I sincerely thank Zamnesia for helping me and thousands of others find a way out of the hell of addiction to painkillers.

Decent online shop with some very good descriptions of their wares.

The range of products on offer has been a really enjoyable instructive experience. And Zamnesia are conscientious in providing both background and cultural information and guidance. And it's a fun company!

Very pleased with this order, it’s my first time trying this brand. It arrived very quickly. I purchased 2 kits, one starting pinning within a week and the first flush was a good yield. The other has taken a bit longer but is coming along nicely too.

Send wrong items two times in a row. Not responding after the second package arrived. I messaged them right away, getting ghosted since.

Bought 2 mckenna cakes and both yielded less than 5g each even after 2 flushes. Ive bought these same cakes but a couple of years ago and I got close to 15g each but sadly not this time. Temps, humidity and light were on point. I got zero growth in the middle of both cakes, only on edges or underneath.

Ich habe 6 seeds bestellt dann habe ich eine Nachricht bekommen das die Samen angeblich geliefert worden, sind sie aber NICHT. Ich habe 4 Nachrichten an den Support geschrieben und keine Antwort erhalten... Ich bon echt sehr Enttäuscht von Zamneseia

I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for my order to be shipped. It still has not been sent, and Zamnesia is not responding to multiple emails regarding the shipment and the order.

Excelente Service, quick delivery.

Zunächst einmal ist meine Bestellung nie angekommen. Mein Paket wurde an den Absender in die Niederlande, zu Zamnesia, zurückgeschickt. Daraufhin habe ich nach dem Grund für die Rücksendung gefragt und mehrere E-Mails geschrieben, aber ich habe keinerlei Antwort erhalten. Meine 110 Euro sind einfach verschwunden. Es gab überhaupt keine Rückmeldung und mir wurde kein Geld zurückerstattet. Ich habe die Pakete niemals erhalten. Diese Seite ist sehr schlecht – meiner Meinung nach sind das Betrüger und unseriöse Leute. Kauft dort auf gar keinen Fall ein.
