Seit ich Kunde bin werde ich zeitnah und verlässlich bedient. In Fällen in denen ich nicht zufrieden war wurde von Zamnesia und seinem Team immer für meine Zufriedenheit gesorgt. Absolut Empfehlenswert!

they time it took between telling my they received payment and will now package the shipment, and actually sending it was 5 days. not in transit. just waiting to be shipped out by zamnesia. 3x jet fuel automatic were submerged in water over night (they soaked and sank) then put into wet soil, 1cm deep, coverd with a bit soil. 5 days later still nothing. ( barneys farm amnesia haze auto is already growing, same method, same date) zamnesia just has no quality, sadly. they offer replacements, which for me, also never germinated. dont use zamnesias seeds.

Sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht mit dem Shop. Hat ein sehr breites Angebot und ist auch sehr Transparent. Vor allem die Infoblogs sind sehr gut gemacht, sowie hilfreich und auch der Kundenservice ist besonders hervorzuheben. Es handelt sich um ein Naturprodukt, wo nicht immer möchte wie der Mensch will, aber trotzdem ist Zamnesia bemüht die Kunden nicht alleine auf dem Schaden zu lassen, sollte mal eine beachtlich Anzahl der Samen nicht keimen. Ein wirklich höflicher und zuvorkommender Service, wo Kundenzufriedenheit nicht nur auf dem Slogan steht!
