Been using for years! Always has great offers and range of products! If I had to say one negative it would be when ordering to the uk it doesn’t allow me to pick the uk as a region.. although they do ship here.. anyway no big deal, other than that I’m 100% satisfied!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the delayed delivery(Order#89730343) of my package. Even as I submit this review, I continue to await the parcel, which is currently being handled by the Greek postal service ELTA. I would like to bring to your attention that ELTA in Greece is reportedly facing closure. In remote and inaccessible areas such as mine, there is no nearby branch — it is located many kilometres away — and their telephone lines go unanswered. I would strongly recommend that you review your partnership with this particular carrier, as the repeated delays are significantly damaging your reputation and create the impression among customers that your company is not a reliable business. While I am very pleased with the quality of your products, I will have to seriously reconsider whether to place any future orders with you.
