Fantastic, friendly service. When I recently had an issue with an order, everything was put right and then some - extremely happy with how they responded to and dealt with my issue. I could not have asked for better handling and service. I would not hesitate to wholeheartedly recommend ordering with Zamnesia. I will 100% be ordering from them again in future, as I already have so many times in the past.

Der Shop ist gut, könnte aber übersichtlicher sein, vor allem bei den Produktdetails. Die Anleitungen zu den Pilz-Kits sind massenweise falsch verlinkt. Wenn man nicht bei jedem Klick aufpasst wo man hinkommt bekommt man einfach die Anleitung eines anderen Herstellers. So habe ich schon fast die vorige Bestellung komplett ruiniert .. nur 1x nicht genau kontrolliert, die falsche Anleitung ausgedruckt und schon geht alles schief!

Nice kit, everything worked fine! Contrary to what is displayed on the description, there were no info or manual with the kit, for security reasons? Anyway, everything can be found on the Zamnesia blog.
