I had my doubts when I was placing my order, especially on the legitimacy of your company and products thinking that it might be a scam. To my delight, I received my packages really quickly and neatly. My items were very nicely packaged together to prevent shipping damages. I smelled perfume in the package too which I believe is a strategy of yours to prevent canines sniffing out the stuff. I can see the amount of care you guys put into making sure that you do your best for your customers and that they are happy with the products, if not your excellent attentive customer service. This is further evidenced by your requests for reviews and surveys. I have had an absolutely great experience purchasing and growing my first shrooms with Zamnesia and you can bet I will definitely be a returning customer. Now after doing 10+ orders with zamnesia i can confidently say that their customer service is one of the best i have ever had to contact. From the 10+ orders only 2 had some problems with 1 wrong and 1 faulty products but their customer service was quick to offer me 2 solutions for it. And even then it wasn't a big deal because they were some small items that had the problems (the wrong product that i received had almost identical packaging so the mistake was understandable and they sent me the correct one for free). I definitely recommend being a customer at zamnesia.

I loved the cacti, they were well packed and I was very pleased to see that they came with gloves. However, both shroom grow kits got infected, even if I wore gloves and mask when handling them, which was very sad :( Also the delivery took forever (one month to the UK)

to put it straight, zamnesia is simply one of the best, if not the best place to buy your stuff. made more than one great experience, with the products, the delivery, as well as the customer service. in my eyes, especially a working, reliable & customer-oriented service is something quite rare in our modern times. zamnesia has got it, when it comes to my experiences. thank you for that, and keep up your good work & your good spirit.

You need more mushroom strains in your shop, like PE, albinos, tidal wave etc., you only have the most basic types.

The products were great and also shipment abroad very discrete and professional.
