Although the product I received was faulty, Zamnesia has awesome customer support. They gave me a voucher for the amount I paid for the product.

I purchased a Pollinator P150, which was delivered promptly and well packaged. The item had an issuse with some loose screws which was no big issue and was easily fixed. I contacted customer services, who were more than helpful in resolving the problem. I have used Zamnesia before and will be using again.

Ive used Zamnesia now about 6 times over the last 5 months and I've never been disappointed. I buy magik truffles and they are always top notch. I've purchased Hollandia which is strong but melow amd sociable. Utopia and Valhalla are my favourite truffles. Both very strong. Utopia is more trippy and the visuals are great while Valhalla is just epic and the combination of the them together works perfectly. I have purchased 2 grow boxes which didn't sprout. To my complete surprise, Zamnesia asked me for some photos and details regarding the shrooms and reimbursed me the full amount. It was completely unexpected and such a great way to treat your customers. All my orders have arrive between 4 and 7 days of purchase and on my last order I got some free merchandise which is pretty. If you're looking for a reliable, good quality shop for all things magic mushrooms, don't look any further.

I've been growing for 20+ years... and I only buy from Zamnesia now. Great selection and great prices. Only issue I ever had was a few seeds didn't open. I didn't ask for anything in return, just giving them a heads up. They not only explained their methods they use, but also sent me a replacement. They are my go-to recommendation to any friend that is growing. Great company all around.
