I had my doubts when I was placing my order, especially on the legitimacy of your company and products thinking that it might be a scam. To my delight, I received my packages really quickly and neatly. My items were very nicely packaged together to prevent shipping damages. I smelled perfume in the package too which I believe is a strategy of yours to prevent canines sniffing out the stuff. I can see the amount of care you guys put into making sure that you do your best for your customers and that they are happy with the products, if not your excellent attentive customer service. This is further evidenced by your requests for reviews and surveys. I have had an absolutely great experience purchasing and growing my first shrooms with Zamnesia and you can bet I will definitely be a returning customer. I love everything about your services, from the specific growing guides on your website to the quality of the mushrooms (and other miscellaneous items i.e. heating pad). Thank you very much Zamnesia. You guys are definitely spreading the love not only through selling these excellent mind-opening products, but also through your kind motivation behind everything you do at Zamnesia!

Now after doing 10+ orders with zamnesia i can confidently say that their customer service is one of the best i have ever had to contact. From the 10+ orders only 2 had some problems with 1 wrong and 1 faulty products but their customer service was quick to offer me 2 solutions for it. And even then it wasn't a big deal because they were some small items that had the problems (the wrong product that i received had almost identical packaging so the mistake was understandable and they sent me the correct one for free). I definitely recommend being a customer at zamnesia.

I loved the cacti, they were well packed and I was very pleased to see that they came with gloves. However, both shroom grow kits got infected, even if I wore gloves and mask when handling them, which was very sad :( Also the delivery took forever (one month to the UK)
