I had problems with my product and zamnesia helped me out in every way possible, awesome customer service, best company for sure!

Made an order of more than 50 euro. There was a problem with the delivery and I never received it. I contacted zamnesia and a replacement order was sent free of charge. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

I received 3 fresh mushroom kits, but not a single word on how to use them. As a shroom aficionado, I did like every other kits work. Yes, but theses kits use another procedure. No shrooms at all and 100 bucks wasted.

I’ve ordered from them several times now, for microdosing kits for mental clarity. One time I the strength of the Microdosing kit seemed irregular and they responded immediately sending me a new pack. Furthermore, on my last order my package never arrived and I reached out to them to see if they could get clarification from the delivery service and without me asking them they resent me my order in an instant. I would continue to order from them, they are super responsive and the micordosing sets have been a positive addition in my life :)

I haven't tried the product yet since it is "growing," but it was easy to purchase and I was extremely surprised at how fast I received the order. I really liked that!
