Es war alles bestens. Ein Versandproblem mit Lieferdienst wurde ganz unproblematisch gelöst. Der Mitarbeiter war sehr sehr nett und wusste "schon bescheid" dass so etwas mal vorfiel - und ohne Probleme wurde meine Lieferung einfach nochmal verschickt. Die Produkte sind großartig und ich war bisher mit allem was ich bestellt habe, hochzufrieden.

Fast shipping! I was ordering from very difficult delivery place, which was a village 1000 m above the ground withou Post Office :) Even with this hard circumstances the package was delivered on time, without any difficulties.

Good service, reply on emails, fast shipping. What I missed though was a real guide for growing with video and bring up all the first grower question marks along the way. I had to through my 2 first kits and drive far evry time for pickup. For anybody buying golden teacher I want to tell you they call them "fresh mushrooms" when u look for the growers instructions. Be aware gt doesn't like much moister. It becomes moldy. Open the bag before they say in the instructions to have a look/feel.
