My PC auto-filled my (work rather than home) postcode and I didn't realise that it was wrong until it shipped. *** was able to sort this out for me as Parcelforce (understandably) wouldn't let me request an address change on an international parcel. Livraison rapide toujours en moins d'une semaine, produits toujours au top ( j'ai jamais eu de problème avec une graine ou avec d'autres produits) et un service après vente qui est très réactif ( une fois seulement ils ont oubliés une graine dans ma commande et ils me l'ont envoyé sans frais trois jours après ) et qui respecte ses clients. N'oublions pas aussi le petit cadeau a chaques fois qu'on fait une commande.

Had an issue with a previous grow kit I purchased prior to this, I had left a bad review about it but I was contacted quite quickly by a super helpful member of Zamnesia support staff (thanks Bram!) and they offered to send out a replacement to make up for the bad experience - overall, could not be happier with how the situation was handled and rectified - let's face it, given the slightly illicit nature of this particular industry, it is very refreshing to see such a focused customer service approach when ordering things like grow kits etc. - would highly recommend this service.
