Every step of the way these guys are here to help. On the one occasion where I had a problem it was resolved promptly and without question. And the problem may very well have been my lack of experience but regardless then sent me a new kit. The products are exactly as they say on the tin. You always get your monies worth and provided you follow the in depth instructions, they work as they should and as stated. Remember though you are buying live cultures, so every time will be different. Sometimes you get lucky and sometimes you might not get what you want but you just might find you get what you need. Enjoy.

Order is placed easily and it arrives at the time that the description says it should arrive. I have experienced no problems with Zamnesia in the 5 times I have ordered stuff from them. They are also cheaper than walk-in headshops so I will come back for more in the future without a doubt. Nothing to add here.

Unfortunately, the grow kit did not work and became very moldy. The syringe of spores was very good and has inoculated very well. The most disappointing part was the lack of discretion, which was absolutely zero the contents of my delivery were written on the front of the box for the whole world to see. I was actually very annoyed about this as discretion was promised.
