I got no complaints at all, in fact I'm very happy with the customer service. I had a problem with a batch that didn't grow up and they contact me trying to help me and in the end they even send me a new batch.

Die Lieferung lief wie immer beschrieben ab und kam auch innerhalb der angegebenen Zeit. Die Produkte und der Support sind wie immer sehr gut. Würde zamnesia weiter empfehlen allein wegen dem Support der immer eine Lösung findet. Ich kann das runtz und Wedding cake nur empfehlen für jeden der Anfänger ist.

This is a really nice company who communicate clearly, provide detailed technical advice quickly and whose products are always dispatched quickly and arrive on time. On the occasions where I have asked for advice, this has been provided quickly and in simple terms which easily overcome any language difficulties

Excellent service. Slightly sucks that the goody doesn't contain anything useful to me, making it feel a bit like I'm not exactly the core demographic. The staff was helpful and friendly, the items arrived in good order and fairly quickly. Can only recommend thus far.
