I always find what I look for, the delivery is super fast. I loved the effort to make the transaction as human as possible. I liked the extra information but would say they were almost too generous with extra gifts and such . I didn't need a grinder or keyring, so that was a little wasteful. The company managed to put across a really good vibe amd the products were flawless
