They have a great selection, at good pricing, and their customer care is awesome. I had an issue with a couple of products, might have been my fault, but they sent over new products free of charge to help the issue.

Only issue is my invoice was put on the outside with everyone able to read what I ordered and sent was not happy with that but everything else yes great.

Ayant eu des soucis avec un kit ready-to-grow, ils m'ont remboursé la totalité de ma commande bien que celle-ci comprenait des articles supplémentaires qui ne présentaient aucun défaut. Dernièrement, j'ai mal effectué la germination de mes graines, après avoir contacté à nouveau le service client de Zamnesia, ils m'ont proposé de me renvoyer gratuitement 3 graines, soit le même nombre de graines que j'avais acheté, en m'indiquant la démarche à suivre pour obtenir un résultat concluant. Je les remercie grandement pour leur professionnalisme et leur qualité commerciale. Je resterai fidèle à ce site.

Every product bought from zamnesia has met my satisfaction and meet my study profile as I love to watch n grow mushrooms and learn more each time . It's just a shame that zamnesia have a limit to grow kits purchased n shipped to the UK . Thats why I moved over to buying liquid cultures . If zamnesia was to change police like mondo grows .then they'd have 5 star rating n more business from me . But over all still a great company to purchase from and would recommend to all .

Unfortunately there is no comment/note section in the order form/process, so my note, regarding some shipping details, (even though I placed it immediately, as a reply to my order confirmation email) was not seen in time and thus was not served properly. Otherwise, shipping was striking fast/immediate, probably a well organized automated process. Product, just as described/promoted in eshop, arrived with a few days delay than it was supposed to but that's UPS local distrebutor's problem. Product not tested yet. Zamnesia answered most of my questions but not all of them (yet).
