Het product (Trip-E) voldeed volstrekt niet. Het was in alle opzichten teleurstellend. Na contact met Zamnesia werd er echter een goede oplossing voorzien. Zamnesia vindt kwaliteit van haar producten en de tevredenheid van haar klanten belangrijk, zoveel is zeker :-) Ik raad Zamnesia dan ook 100% aan.

In my experience, I would say that Zamnesia is a A-class online headshop. I have been on a handful of online headshop/seed shops over the years and I can truly say that I have had the best experience on Zamnesia which has made me a loyal supporter. The support team will happily help with whatever, the advertisement team keep the site spicy and the growing team is a beast of it's own, so all around great.
