Perfect customer service ! Fast responses to problems, do their best to make the customer happy. Their products are great. The delivery is quite fast (3 working days delivery to belgium) I ordered several times (11 or 12 times) and i am always happy. Really thank you Zamni guys !

Package came fast nicely packed even tho the shipping company slightly bend but that has nothing to do with zamnesia. Shrooms are taking awhile to grow maybe my room isn’t enough wet so I’m spraying water 2 times a day on the plastic bag.

I’ve had a few problems with the shroom grow kits so I sent an email to zamnesia, they replied straight away asking for photos of the product, quickly told me they thought the product may have been defective from the start so they sent a replacement for free. Quick, helpful and informative replies from all the team, would 100% recommend.

Cant say anything Else than a super store with the best support ever my pakage ended up at the wrong address and got sent back but the sweet People at zamnesia sent me a new one. Can 100% recommend Them 👍

I have already placed several orders on Zamnesia. The products are of high quality, the delivery is quick, and the prices are fair. I only had one (small) problem with a product (which can sometimes happen with these kind of products), and the after-sales service helped me out in less than 24 hours by offering me a voucher or the replacement of my defective product, free of charge. You can order with your eyes closed, and you will definitely come back!
