Ordered two GT Growkits that where a bit slow and mycelium did sadly not make a strong impression. After contacting the support - which replied very quickly and friendly - they agreed on replacing the kits. Very good support and very fair towards customer! Will buy again :)

There are not good enough words to describe my experience dealing with this amazing site and even greater People behind this brand name! I ve never had any issues with the products i have selected so far and trust me there are lots to choose from.. Entheogens,mushroom,spores, Cbd products, devices are Just some of them. I want to keep it simple and Just prompt you to Just have a look and you Will know since first minute that these People are professionals. I trust them more than my Sister! Very helpful people and very good service. I had an issue with certain seeds and got them replaced although I didn't have the original seeds anymore. The customer support has a lot of patience and is very helpful too. I will be returning to this company in the future.

Great online shop, I'm always amazed by the huge range of goods. I've ordered a mushroom grow kit and a heating mat. It didn't deliver as much as I expected, but the customer service was really kind and helpful. They gave me a voucher for another grow kit and I'm looking forward to new flushes.

If You want a support wich response & helps you out in all kinds of Probs you can have? Also in my opinion one of the best Seed breeders on market. The stablest Strains I have yet seen,100% healthy genetics & germination garant. Also they're sending very inconspicuous.

I made the big mistake to not read the manual that was offered by Zamnasia. Instead I was watching videos in youtube that didn't fit to the needs of my product. The result was a unsuccessful grow. Not only that the support offered me the perfect explanation for what went wrong, they also gave me a second chance on goodwill what I would totaly understand if they wouldn't had done, as it was absolut my fault. I will definitely follow this time the official instructions, that by the way are even much more easy. Best Regards of a happy Costumer ✌🏾
