Encuentro el servicio que dan muy bueno. La página muy organizada, con mucha variedad en sus productos, excelentes artículos para estar informado de muchos detalles, productos de calidad en su mayoría y buen servicio de entrega. Una vez hice un reclamo en una compra y me solucionaron con prontitud. La verdad no tengo quejas del servicio.

Always helpful customer service. They Replaced a mushroom grow kit that arrived unhealthy, even got to upgrade to better strain. Shipping to Portugal was about 1 week and discreet. Sweet!

supreme service fast delivery, good prices and allways friendly custommer support. i would recomend zamnesisa to anybody, and i have never had any bad experince dealing whit them. the few times i had to conntact customer support for guidance the help was allways there fast and friendly, you will allways be threated good by these guys 5 out of 5

I was waiting a week before it was sent. The fresh shrooms tube is pretty good. This is my first experience and I was so exited. In two words I can describe it as fast and simple. Yeah, I think you could get larger flushes if you do everything manually but this tube is a great chance to try and decide if it fits you or not. Thank you for your time and best wishes!

shopping with them is a breeze. all products arrive on time and their magazine is always included. you get free godies with all orders above €*** which is just fantastic. they have exelent customer service. all negative rieviews people leave behind are complaints about some growkits not being as good as expected which is in no way the companies fault. when ordering seeds or mushroom kits, you know there's a risk of them not sprouting. Stop hating on the company for it. if you can't deal with a seed not sprouting i think you're growing for the wrong reasons. It's nature.

Zamnesia provides excellent support and customer service. Had some issues with a product, and received a proper explanation and guidance. Eventually Zamnesia decided to replace the product free of charge, which was received fast . The Replaced product produced to expectation and I am very satisfied.

Zamnesia grow kit B+ was best grow kit i've ever seen. I take out 87g dryed shrooms, and i have feel that power, happines and greativy they gived to me. Very strong one's, stronger than normal!
