J’ai eu un problème avec des graines qui n’ont pas toutes bien germées, donc j’en est racheté et même problème mais le service après-vente de Zamnesia à sut trouver une solution satisfaisante à mon problème.

J'ai effectué une commande auprès de ce site, certains produits ne correspondaient pas à mes attentes. J'ai donc envoyé un mail et une réponse m'a été donnée dans les 24 heures. Après deux échanges de mail, Zamnezia m'a envoyé un bon d'achat de la valeur des produits qui ne correspondaient pas. Je précise que j'ai effectué une seconde commande qui s'est déroulée parfaitement. Je suis particulièrement satisfait de ce site qui est très professionnel et avec des réponses rapides et efficaces. Merci à eux.

Zamnesia are very easy to deal with. Extensive range of products at reasonable prices and information about all of them is readily available on the website. Regular contact about delivery information. The Ready-to-grow bags are super-easy to use. Overall an excellent company to deal with.

3 weeks from order to harvest , better than i could have wished for ,the pins were visible within a week of putting the box in a bsg every time i checked them they had grown, after a week they were tall and i noticed the veil had ripped on s couple of the tallest sp i harvested the grow and was pleased at the amount, I've just done the cold shock and will be starting the process again to see how many flushes I get,cant recommend the grow box highly enough simple enough for anyone to do ,just follow the simple instructions and hope you get the same results as I got, I did use a heat mat and used pieces of cardboard to get the optimal temperature of 23 degrees celicius for the whole time, I will definitely be ordering some of the other options available,nice job ,cheerz for a fast reliable service.
