After some growing problems linked to a mushroom's kit i've contacted the zamnesia support to solve the situation. Their help has been really fast and taylor-made so that i could have another kit back. Perfect service.

I've ordered twice from Zamnesia and I haven't been disappointed. Great products and a great shopping experience. Especially the second time, having had problems with a mushroom grow kit, the customer support has been amazingly helpful and reactive. Best shopping experience I've had on the internet.

Helpful and friendly customer service who responded quickly to an issue i had with an order (here in UK) which resolved the issue. Have emailed them with other queries and also messaged via Instagram and always get a prompt and helpful reply. Would order from them again

I made an order for a few things and kept checking the tracking to see where it was at. It never seemed to arrive to the shipping company so I contacted customer service. They sent out a replacement order as soon as they had all the items I ordered back in stock and I got it within the week. They have a great selection of products and do their best to get them over to you as best as they can. I haven't looked for another company since I started ordering from Zamnesia.
