Costumer service offered to pay for the 2nd delivery after the first order didn't arrived ( due to the postal service in the country I am now ) and this without any problems. And yes second time the order arrived but I had it send to a different address/ part of town.

Since a long time i order from Zamnesia and everything has been perfectly fine so far! One time a package didnt come, another time a Growkit didn't work out, but the Customer Service solved everything very fast and very customerfriendly! Thanks to everybody who is working here, you totally rock!

There were 2 woodrose seeds missing. I contacted support and they immediately replaced them. Thank you Zamnesia! Fresh Mushroom Box is doing very good. Support is also very helpful and fast with any questions about growing. Great Quality Great Support 10/10 will order again

I purchased a Magic Mushroom Grow Kit. Sadly it was contaminated by mold (most likely because I overdid it with the spraying). Zamnesia support answered my mails within HOURS and offered me a new kit of my choice. With the second kit I had an amazing first flush and am very happy. Great Support and Customer Service!

Perfect service! We accidentally used the wrong manual for our grow kit. Even though it was our fault that the flush was ruined, zamnesia granted us a second kit for free which was also shipped quickly.

I get no answer on my emails and no help what so ever at the moment..?! Still waiting for a solution with my order/products here. The first email took a really long time to recieve and now nothing for a very long time and I did what I was told to proceed in the process. Dissapointed? yes very!
